Small - measures 6.5 inches long
Medium - measures just under 7 inches long
Large - measures just under 7.5 inches long

To measure your wrist, take a measuring tape tightly around your wrist bone with no room. Ideally, you would want a thin bracelet like this to be at least .5 inches more than your wrist size to be able to fasten it yourself and wear it comfortably.
